Alyssa's Rustic Senior Portrait Session at The Barn, McDonogh High School

The sunset was absolutely perfect for this McDonogh senior portrait session on Sunday. I met Alyssa at my favorite park in Cockeysville for her senior portraits. She brought three cute outfits for variety and the sunset was simply amazing. I love the way private schools in Maryland make their yearbooks. Most private schools require you to go out and find your own photographer. They use unique, outdoor shots instead of the typical, boring Lifetouch images that most schools use. It is much more fun and artistic to shoot an outdoor session and utilize natural light! I am always excited to get to work with seniors. They are just so excited to graduated and move on to the next stage in their lives, be it college, the military or whatever. I am so happy to get to document this time in Alyssa's life. The cattails, barn-wood and stone walls were the perfect contrast to Alyssa's outfits. Loving those brown boots and denim jacket ;) I had a great time with Alyssa and her mom! We even saw a few deer and geese during her session. I can't wait to show you more!
